The conference theme was selected to highlight the importance of nonprofits, government and business working together to achieve the impact desired for Delaware. No one sector can do it alone, and our ability to achieve success is tied to our aligning on common goals. When it comes to measuring performance, outcomes are the means to inform donors and contract partners on the progress a nonprofit is making in achieving its desired impact. The conference will provide leaders across the three sectors and opportunity to learn more about outcomes from identifying which ones matter, to qualifying measures of success. To align our work towards state priorities, Delaware's Governor, John Carney will speak to important impact areas which in nonprofits can partner with each other and the government to make transformative change. Facilitated workshops around these subjects will provide a chance for nonprofit and government leaders to engage with each other in these impact areas to define common goals and strategies for their work together. Morning Breakout Sessions (Click here learn more about the Morning Breakout topics) Afternoon Breakout Sessions (Click here to learn more about the Afternoon Breakout topics)   Conference Attendance:  DANA Members: $95* Non-Members: $125 All participants who attend the Outcomes Workshop in April will receive a $10 discount coupon to be applied towards their registration for the DANA Annual Conference scheduled for May 15, 2017. DANA is offering four FREE mini- series to develop collaborative social outcomes based on the four social issue areas presented by Governor Carney at the 2017 DANA annual conference:  Economic Development, Work Force Development, Healthy Communities, or Education.  It is an opportunity for members of multiple community based organizations to create a rubric towards a common social outcome based on David Grant’s formative rubric.
